Meet John Hernandez
John Hernandez, a graduate of Saint Joseph’s University with a BA in Legal Studies, has accumulated over two decades of experience in business leadership. He has a strong track record of achieving results, growing businesses, and cultivating talent. John excelled as a lead district manager overseeing millions in revenue across various East Coast districts, from Philadelphia to Miami. During his tenure, he spearheaded strategic initiatives, built operational functions, and spearheaded talent recruitment and development efforts.
With his demonstrated success in leadership, business acumen, and commitment to community, John was selected to create and lead the Social Impact strategy at Snipes, a global retailer. In this new role, he effectively established and executed internal and external community engagement initiatives that fostered support, empowerment, and unity in communities across the globe.
John has been recognized by many for his extensive efforts in serving communities and was honored with the prestigious Commerce Next Award for the "Most Impactful Social Responsibility Campaign". He credits his accomplishments to his keen business background, ability to connect with people, talent for bringing stakeholders together to achieve mutual goals, and his deep dedication to uplifting underserved communities—a cause close to his heart due to his upbringing in a disadvantaged area of North Philadelphia.
